| Technical Principles of Working |
| ENERGY RECUPERATOR: |
| The unit consists of a cross-flow heat recuperator of suitable capacity to give 60% efficiency. The heat recuperator shall be made out of non-corrosive, non-biodegradable, bacteria-static plastic substrate. The wet side will be covered with bacteria-static rot proof cellulose, man-made fiber substrate of suitable thickness to maintain hydrophilic properties. The surface geometry shall create necessary turbulence for achieving efficiencies exceeding 80% in the wet section. |
| EVAPORATIVE COOLING MODUL |
| The cooling No. consists of suitable media made out cellulose material suitably impregnated with resins of non-rotting, bacteria-free and hydrophilic surface. The surface area shall be in excess of 300 sq.ft. per cubic foot for achieving 90% efficiency. |
| FANS: |
| The fans will be low speed centrifugal, forward curve, double inlet and belt driven type. The motor shall be totally enclosed and suitable for operation on 440 Volts 3 Phase 50 hz AC supply and rated for continuous duty. |
| PUMPS: |
| The pumps will be Three-Phase Centrifugal Pumps capable of pumping with required head to distribute across the Ambiators. Water will be carried through an insulated piping system. A stand by pump would be provided. |
| CONTROL PANEL: |
| Solid State Electronic Controls with Single Phase Preventer for Blower with High and Low Voltage Monitor for Pump with Water Level control (Optional). |
| WATER PIPING: |
| All water piping shall be galvanized / PVC pipe, with necessary fittings such as bends, elbows & trees. The piping shall be supported with the help of MS rods, angles, etc as required, inside the cabinet. |
| SYSTEM HOUSING: |
| The body of the unit shall be constructed with 20 gauge GI sheet duly painted on both sides with silver-grey hammer tone paint. All heat exchanger housing components will be of 20 gauge CRCA duly coated with electrostatic polyester epoxy powder. All fasteners will be corrosion resistant. Mounting rails will be provided in order to secure the unit. Accessibility will be provided to all service areas. The water tank will be fabricated out of 1.6 mm thick black steel sheet and duly painted with powder paint. The tank will have provision for pump suction fittings overflow and make-up inlet fittings with quick filling valve attachment in addition to Water Level Control. |
| FILTERS : |
| Standard 70 gm / cm2 density rubberized coir filters will be factory-furnished with the machine for filtration up to 20 microns. |
| RATING: |
| System ratings are based on the ambient conditions NOT EXCEEDING 45 DEG C |
